30-Day Return & Refund Window

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy on all eligible items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@zenyateashop.com so our team can assist you.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Eligibility for Returns

Because tea is a food product, returns must meet the following requirements:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, punctured, or compromised in any way, please send photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong tea blend, size, or quantity, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Unopened Items Only (Food Safety Requirement)

For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products. We cannot accept returns of opened tea packages under any circumstance.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (customer preference, no product issue), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Zenya Tea Shop covers return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

To comply with health and food safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used tea products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
