Lost or Damaged Packages

Zenya Tea Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered” by the carrier.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@zenyateashop.com with photos of the packaging and product — we’ll make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
We cannot reroute packages once shipped and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
